  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 c green onion chopped
  • 1/2 c white onion chopped
  • 4 14.5 oz cans chicken broth
  • 1 14.5 oz can vegetable broth
  • 1 cup chicken chopped/cooked
  • 1 1/2 cup egg noodles
  • 1 c sliced carrots
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

In large pot over medium heat, melt butter then cook onion and celery in butter until just tender (about 5 min). Pour in chicken and vegetable broth and stir in chicken, noodles, carrots, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer 20minutes before serving.
