Preheat oven to 350F.For the breadGrease and flour a loaf pan and set aside.In a kitchenaid mixer combine the sugar, butter and eggs and mix until well combined.In a separate bowl combine sour cream and baking soda until dissolved.Add the sour cream/baking soda, salt and mashed bananas to the creamed mixture.Mix until well combined.Add in the flour and mix until just combined. Set aside.For the fillingIn a separate bowl mix together the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, egg and flour.Mix well until creamy and combined.In the loaf pan place half of the bread batter down.Spread the filling down the middle of the batter and spread to cover.Cover the filling with the remaining batter.Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out semi dry. There will still be some moisture in middle of the bread from the filling.Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
