  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream i use a normal size container of sour cream
  • 1 container diced green chiles
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder

In a medium bowl, mix everything but the cheddar cheese. Add the cheddar cheese and mix again. Let sit in refrigerator for a couple of hours to let the flavors combine.
