  • 2 head of broccoli chopped and partially steamed
  • 1 diced yellow onion
  • 4 cups mostly cooked white rice measured after cooking. i take it our of my rice cooker 10 minutes early
  • 2 cups shredded cheese your favorite

Steam broccoli, but you still want it little crisp. Cook rice until about 10 minutes before it's done. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine broccoli and rice with other ingredients (except for cream) and add salt and pepper to taste. Put in a buttered 13X9 baking dish. Pour cream over the top. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
