  • 1/2 tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice (~1/2 lemon squeezed)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (~zest from one lemon)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds (i used black chia for contrast)
  • 1 tbs vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries
