  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt (i like things super salty so you may want to reduce this)
