Steak Crescents Texas Style
Quick anytime homemade stuffed steak crescents. Usually, I would pinch the dough ends tightly to make sure nothing got out. Keep reading I went on the wild side with these and just rolled the damn things. I’m a newcomer to the blade or flat iron steak, but it has quickly climbed to my favorite. Picking flat irons can be a pain, light marbling is fine but thicker lines around a ⅙ inch or more I usually steer away from because they always come out tough at the thick membranes. Other tender cuts of beef would work great too.
