  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 14 oz pizza crust (i used a mama mary's)
  • 5 strips of bacon cooked & chopped into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup of steamed spinach (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley (i used dried)
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill (i just ripped it you could chop it)

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.Lightly brush the pizza crust with olive oil then sprinkle on the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.Cook the bacon then sprinkle over the top of the cheese.Cook the spinach (I used a frozen, steamer bag) then sprinkle over the top of the bacon and cheese.Crack the eggs onto the pizza and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.Lower the oven temperature down to 375 degrees and place the pizza on the lowest rack (either directly on the rack, or on a cookie sheet. I used a cookie sheet).Bake for 12-15 minutes or until eggs are set.Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley, dill and more cheese, if you'd like.Enjoy!
