  • 1/2 banana (not frozen)
  • 3 strawberries (not frozen)
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia
  • 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 4 golden berries
  • 1-2 tablespoons goji berries
  • 1 couple scoops grain free granola (i used wildway b
