  • 3 carrot chop into small chunks
  • 2 plum tomatoes chop into small chunks
  • 5 celery stalks with leaves chop into small chunks
  • 6 white mushrooms slice
  • 16 oz low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
  • 12 oz vegetable broth
