Classic Deviled Eggs Cool and slice the hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise (take your time) Remove the yolks placing them in a mixing bowl Mash the egg yolks with a fork or spatula Add the mayonnaise, spicy brown mustard, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice, add the minced jalapeno, minced onion, pickle relish, sugar and salt & pepper to taste. Add minced bacon and mashed egg yolks and stir until well combined Place the mixture in a zip-lock bag and cut a small hole in the corner of the bag Fill each egg with the egg yolk filling Add one drop of sesame oil (optional) to each egg, sprinkle with bacon, green onion,paprika and finish with sesame seeds (optional) Chill until ready to serve & enjoy these Classic Deviled Eggs
