This recipe is my personal spin on making amazing classic deviled eggs. It's a quick recipe to put together and tastes like nothing else out there. The filling is perfect and on the creamy side. Add less mayo if you would like them to be more firm. (Note) I put on one drop of sesame oil to each egg then garnish the taste is great with or without it.

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise scant
  • 3 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeno seeded and minced (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon white onion minced
  • 2 teaspoons pickle relish
  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 slices bacon minced + 1 piece garnish
  • 2 slices green onion garnish
  • 1 drop sesame oil (optional)

Classic Deviled Eggs Cool and slice the hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise (take your time) Remove the yolks placing them in a mixing bowl Mash the egg yolks with a fork or spatula Add the mayonnaise, spicy brown mustard, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice, add the minced jalapeno, minced onion, pickle relish, sugar and salt & pepper to taste. Add minced bacon and mashed egg yolks and stir until well combined Place the mixture in a zip-lock bag and cut a small hole in the corner of the bag Fill each egg with the egg yolk filling Add one drop of sesame oil (optional) to each egg, sprinkle with bacon, green onion,paprika and finish with sesame seeds (optional) Chill until ready to serve & enjoy these Classic Deviled Eggs
