1. Cut red onion,garlic, red chili into small dices. 2. Mix serbuk ketumbar and curry powder with water until it become like a kind of paste. 3. Heat up butter into a pan. 4. Pour the paste + diced red onion + diced garlic 5. Put minced meat and mix evenly. 5. Pour baked beans with the tomato sauce from its tin. 6. Wait until the gravy boils. 7. Serve with mint leaves, diced chili and bread.
