Preheat oven to 350degrees F. Stir together the butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Set aside. Butter a 9x13 dish and then place the bottom half of the rolls into the pan. Place a meatball on top of each roll and then top with marinara. Sprinkle mozzarella on top. Then place top of the rolls on. Pour butter mixture over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes. Uncover and bake and additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
