1. Saute celery and onion in oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or until tender. 2. In 3-quart saucepan, heat 11/2 cups milk, frozen peas and carrots, chicken and soups to a boil. 2. In small bowl, stir together Bisquick® mix and 1/3 cup milk until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 8 spoonfuls onto chicken mixture. 3. Cook, uncovered over low heat 10 to 15 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes more.
