TGIF's Broccoli Cheese Soup

TGIF's Broccoli Cheese Soup
TGIF's Broccoli Cheese Soup
In winter, there is nothing I love more than a nice cup of soup and maybe a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner. My favorite soup in the world is from TGI Friday’s restaurant. It is consistently good, and is filling enough as a meal itself or as a side dish for the grilled cheese sandwich or a small salad. I have searched the internet and tried probably a dozen different TGI Friday’s Broccoli Cheese Soup recipes and never found one that was even close to the original. I was given this recipe from a co-worker as just a “regular” broccoli cheese soup recipe and found that it came closer than anything I have ever tried. I hope you enjoy this as much as I have. Bon Appetite!
