  • 2 tablespoons flax meal (optional)
  • 1/2 cup almonds (chopped optional)

Add oats, water, peaches, and vanilla to the Instant Pot. Set to porridge - high pressure, making sure the valve is in the sealing position. Adjust the time to 3 minutes. When finished allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes before doing a quick pressure release by setting the valve to venting. Divide between 4 bowls, top with optional ingredients, and serve immediately
