A good basic chili recipe. My boys used to only eat canned chili. Now they won't eat anything but this and their friends all LOVE it when I make it.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 each onion chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes diced
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 1 each bell pepper chopped

Brown the ground beef with the onion, bell pepper, salt and pepper then drain. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and heat through.
