  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 3 haas avocados ripe!
  • 1/2 white or yellow onion diced
  • 2 roma tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and diced

Halve, seed and peel the avocados. In a large bowl, combine the avocados and lime juice. Mash the avocados to fold in the lime juice. Add the garlic, cayenne pepper, cilantro, salt and cumin; stir and mash some more (to desired consistency). Fold in the onion, tomatoes, and jalapeno pepper. Let stand 10 minutes.
