Southwest Hamburger Soup
This hamburger soup recipe is a great alternative when you don’t feel like making traditional chili. I really enjoy soups with a lighter broth, loaded with green chiles, beans and vegetables for those chilly afternoons while watching our favorite sports event. Prepare it a couple of days ahead and the flavors just get better!
