  • 2 cups white long grain rice (uncooked)
  • 2 10.5 oz cans campbells french onion soup
  • 1 8 oz can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
  • 12 tablespoons butter sliced into tbsp chunks

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place rice, soup, butter and mushrooms in a 13x9 pan. Stir and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Stir after 30 minues. Check for doneness of rice after one hour. Serve.
