  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 15 jalapeno peppers fresh, cut in half, seed and ribs removed
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese

Prehead oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 glass baking dish with pam. Shred/slice enough cabbage to cover the bottom of the baking dish. Fill prepared jalapeno peppers with cream cheese and place on top of cabbage. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and chopped cilantro on top of peppers. Bake for 20 to 30 mintues.
