  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 onions diced
  • 2 pounds pork cubed
  • 1 t beef bouillon granules or 6 cubes
  • 2 cans pinto beans large
  • 2 cans hominy drained
  • 1 large can enchilada sauce

Saute pork with onions and garlic. Add enchilada sauce and boillion and cook 1.5 hours. Add lime, beans and hominy, and simmer another 30-60 minutes. Serve topped with cilantro, shredded cabbage, lime and crema.
