1. Place Pasta into boiling salted water and cook as per packet instructions until al dente. Do not overcook. Drain pasta. Rinse pasta in cold water and place in large bowl. 2. Add Olive Oil and mix through until Pasta is coated. 3. Add Spring Onions (Scallions), Corn Kernels and Cheese to bowl and combine thoroughly. 4. Add Curry Powder and stir through evenly. 5. Turn into salad bowl and garnish with some Spring Onions to serve.
