One pound, One pan, One happy Family! Fun and easy for the whole family to do!!

  • 1 pound ground meat (turkey or beef) put olive oil in pan and add onion then once onion is a little cooked add meat.
  • 1 yellow onion chopped and put into pan before meat with olive oil
  • 1 bunch lettuce chop lettuce and put into bowl
  • 3 medium tomatoes chop and put into bowl
  • 2 medium avocado chop and put into bowl
  • 1 can kidney beans put whole can including juice into bowl
  • 1 bag spicy nacho doritos break every chip in bag! (kids have fun doing this!!)
  • 1 cup cheese mexican cheese in bag is what i always get!

Put olive oil in a pan and chopped onion then cook till warm then put in ground meet fully cook meet then turn off stove top and let sit while so it cools. Sprinkle cheese on top so it melts a little. **(If you are in a hurry put pan into refrigerator otherwise let the meat cool on stove top. You don't want to put hot meat on top of your cool vegetables they will get grouse!)** In a bowl put the following: Chopped Lettuce Chopped Tomatoes Chopped Avocado Cheese 1 Can Kidney Beans (with Juice) Cooled Meat Crushed Spicy Nacho Doritos (Put chips last so they stay crispy!) And Enjoy!!
