  • salt & pepper to taste (optional)
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 small red onion chopped
  • 1 large tomato seeded and chopped
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1 tbsp oil (i used avocado oil)
  • 1 14 oz can of black beans drained and rinsed. (or 2 cups of cooked and cooled black beans)
  • 1/2 small avocado diced
