Colorful, sweet, & refreshing dish! The easiest dish to make in a dash for a potluck! I like to add blueberries on our patriotic holidays to make it perfect for the occasion.

  • 3 bananas sliced
  • 20 ounces pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice
  • 3 1/2 ounce vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 - 11 ounce cans mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 cup red or green grapes seedless
  • 6 maraschino cherries halved

Combine pineapple and pudding in large mixing bowl. Stir until blended and thickened. Fold in oranges, grapes and cherries. Chill for several hours or overnight. Add bananas just before serving.
