  • 1 head/bushel lettuce i use romaine lettuce
  • 2 avocados sliced or diced
  • 1 pack grape tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper you can use orange or yellow, too
  • 1/2 cucumber diced
  • 1/2 jar pepperchinis drained
  • hot sauce we prefer red devil, sriracha or arizona gunslinger
  • taco sauce or salsa
