  • 8 cups broccoli raw-cut in bite sized pieces, include the stem peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese cut in small cubes- i prefer sharp
  • 1/2 each red onion sliced thin- to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups miracle whip can use mayo, but we prefer miracle whip
  • 5 tablespoons vinegar cider or red wine
  • grated cheddar cheese optional- add some if you want more cheese in each bite
