This one is a complete breakfast in a cup. Good for busy days, and, on the run breakfast. I make it, it's delicious. Not a fan of kale though, it bothers my stomach, so I use spinach instead.

  • 1/2 . plain non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 . almond milk (or your milk preference)
  • 1/2 . fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 anana
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 2 handfuls of fresh kale stems removed
