This is a broccoli salad I recently had at a wedding reception, and requested, and received the recepie. This was the best tasting broccoli salad I have ever had.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 lb bacon cut up
  • 1 + cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup craisins
  • 1 bag sunflower seeds
  • 1 bag broccoli florets

Cook bacon til crisp. Mix broccoli, cooked bacon, sunflower seeds, raisins & cranraisins together in a bowl. In separate bowl, mix mayo and sugar together and add a small amt of white vinegar to thin. Make dressing when ready to eat and ix dressing into broccoli mixture. Enjoy!!!!!!!
