  • dash of salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup oil (i use a flavorless oil such as rice bran sunflower, canola, safflower, of an extra light olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup white wine or cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic (40 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (6 grams) herbs
