Take a big bowl add the boiled chilled milk, if need strain the milk .now add the sugar essence and rose water give a nice stir , then add the sugar ,give a nice mix.Make sure the sugar dissolves well.Mean while take a small bowl and add the sabja seeds and pour the water till immerse level. check after 15 minutes, it would have bubbled or doubled in amount.Add 2 tbsp of sabja seeds to the rose milk and give a nice mix.Add ice cubes and serve as much as.
