  • 2 pounds cooked chicken shredded 1/2 cup mayonnaise (i use homemade) 2 large apples, your favorite variety, peeled, cored and diced 1/3 cup raisins 1/3 cup chopped walnuts 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar salt and pepper, to taste
