  • 1 onion minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cans tuna (i prefer albacore, leftover fresh tuna works too)
  • 1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise or vegannaise
  • 2 large shallots
  • 1/2 cup dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste

Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil, then allow to cool. Whisk the yogurt, mayonnaise, and dill together and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the tuna and add onion and garlic. Mix together and refrigerate for an hour to allow flavors to meld.
