  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 package tri color pasta cooked
  • 1 package cherry tomatoes sliced in halves (optional)
  • 1 can chickpeas drained
  • 1 jar mild banana pepper rings preferably vlassic
  • 1 small can black olives slived
  • 1 can beets diced
  • 1 package feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 bottle italian dressing no brand preference i used kraft
  • 1 bottle niki's greek dressing not the same without this brand
  • 1/2 finely chopped onions (optional)

Boil Pasta according to package directions. You dont have to use the tri color one but that is the one i like best. Add a pinch of salt to the boiled pasta. Drain when ready. Rinse with cold water to avoid it being sticky once drained. Let pasta cool down with the cold water. Drain again and then add to a large pasta bowl. Add feta, onion, olives (drained), beets (drained), chick peas (drained), peppers (drain but you can leave a little bit in there if you want it more tart), tomato halves. Mix. Then add half the bottle of the italian dressing and the entire bottle of the niki's dressing. Mix well and refrigerate or serve.
