  • 3-4 pounds new potatoes don't peel
  • 1 large carton cottage cheese
  • mayonaise not miracle whip

1. Wash and quarter potatoes. Boil 15-20 minuts. Drain. 2. In a large bowl, layer half of the potatoes, some mayo, half the cottage cheese, sprinkle on salts and pepper and half the green onions. 3. Repeat layers. Do not stir!
