  • 1 medium carrot raw, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil refined or regular
  • 4 ounces coconut water any brand
  • 1 tablespoon raw cashew butter i use artisan raw organic cashew butter
  • 1 stalk celery raw
  • 1/2 cup dandelion greens raw
  • 4 ounces water filtered

Add all ingredients in Vitamix or comparable high speed blender. Blend on high speed for one minute, or until steaming. Then pour into glass over ice to make a chilled beverage. I'm not sure if this will store well in the fridge, so I suggest drinking it immediately.
