  • 2 lbs potatoes cooked, sliced
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped bacon (i often use much more)
  • 2 tbsp green onions (i often use much more)
  • 1 tbsp canned chipotle adobo sauce
  • 2 tbsp cheddar cheese shredded (i often use much more)
