- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup peach schnapps
- 4 cups ice
- 2 (6 ounce) cans frozen peach juice concentrate
In a blender combine ice, peach schnapps, peach juice concentrate and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
