  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • dressing
  • dash tabasco
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup corn oil (mazola)

For salad, mix sugar and almonds together in a small pan and heat until almonds are just toasted. Combine all otehr ingredients and serve with dressing. For dressing, combine all ingredients in blender.
