  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups half-and-half cream or whole milk

In a small mixing bowl, add the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, mix well. In another small bowl, add the eggs and beat well. Add the milk and vanilla; mix well. Combine the seasonings and the egg mixture.
