  • 0.5 cup celery diced
  • 3 strips bacon chopped and fried and drained
  • 0.5 pound broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup green or red seedless grapes sliced in 1/2
  • 0.5 med onion i use sweet salad onion
  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup fat-free mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp vinegar

Combine all salad ingredients and mix and pour dressing over all. Mix well I've found that this is better if it sets for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors develop.
