  • ice cubes
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • sugar substitute equivalent to 4 teaspoons sugar optional
  • 4 teaspoons chocolate syrup
