  • 1 lt milk
  • 12/15 badams coarsely grinded
  • 3/4 tbsp rice soaked fr 5/6hours ( i soaked over nite)
  • sugar as per your taste
  • 1 tsp cardamom pd
  • few strands of saffron soaked in 1tbsp warm milk
  • few chopped pistas n 1/4tsp cardamom pd fr garnish
  • some mango pulp to garnish

- Warm milk nicely Meanwhile remove water frm rice n put in your blender n just pulse Once to break the rice Do not make a paste Now add 2/3tbsps of milk in rice mix n add to the hot milk keep stirring so that no lumps get formed Add coarsely grinded almonds n let cook on slow flame fr some time now add sugar saffron n cardamom pd mix n cook till u get semi thick consistency Now lastly add mango pulp mix n switch off gas let cool totally You will see a little layer of malai will hv formed so before putting in fridge Mix nicely Transfer to the serving bowl n garnish with pistas n cardamom pd cling wrap n keep in fridge Before serving garnish as you like with some mango pulp or just serve asit is Ready??
