1 large handful chopped spinach/kale/swiss chard or any co
1 sliced frozen bananas/berries
1 avo
1 tbls flax seed oil/olive oil/coconut oil
half a lemon
3 tbls superfoods (moringa spirulina, baobab fruit, chia seeds, maca root, hemp protein, mesquite, lucuma fruit). sometimes i’ll add a scoop of this superfood protein shake but you could buy these separately.
