  • 8 large eggs - hard boiled and chopped (i use an egg slicer; slice one way then turn the egg 90 degrees
  • 1/2 small onion - finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup - 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon generous tsp regular mustard
  • shakes tabasco sauce
