  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple drained
  • 5 slices bread cubed

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Fold in bread cubes and crushed pineapple. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Serves 6-8 people.
