  • 8 oz parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 head lettuce (i use cabbage)
  • 1 small jar bacon bits (i use real bacon)
  • 1 pint cashews
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1/3 cup sugar or 2t truvia

Combine cabbage, cauliflower, onion, bacon, and Parmesan. Combine mayonnaise and sugar. mix onto salad. If there may be leftovers, I leave the cashews and sometimes even the dressing on the side to avoid sogginess.
