  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 pound spinach
  • 1 pint strawberries fresh
  • 2 ounces almonds toasted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon minced onion

Toast the almonds. In a blender combine sugar, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, minced onion, worcestershire, paprika, cider vinegar, and oil. Slice strawberries and mix with spinach and almonds. Pour vinaigrette over salad and toss. Serve immediately.
