  • 1 cup milk ((for vegan version use almond milk))
  • 1 tsp flax seed oil

Add banana and milk to a blender Blend for about 15 seconds (depending on blender) until a smooth liquid forms Heat banana and milk mix in a pot for about 2 minutes on medium heat, don't boil, only heat. Add to a cup and add the flax seed oil (never heat flax seed oil as it is heat sensitive). Stir and enjoy immediately, preferably before bedtime.
